Who operates Fusiverse
Fusiverse is a platform and brand operated by Derick Thomas Ministries LLC, Ohio Entity #4917940, through its I Need New Music operation (registration #4133976). Fusiverse is not represented as a registered DBA or trade name. Contact: ineednewmusic@gmail.com.
Using the service
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, manipulate activity counts, distribute malware, or infringe rights. You must have legal capacity to accept these terms; a parent or guardian must authorize use where required. Sellers must meet Stripe eligibility requirements.
Creator content and ownership
You retain your ownership rights. Upload only content you have the rights to use, including all contributors and third-party material. The linked Creator/Seller Agreement and Creator Rights Certification explain the nonexclusive platform license and your responsibilities. AI tools do not establish ownership or excuse infringement.
Free discovery and optional sales
The free creator model provides three uploaded songs. Creator Store supports up to ten songs for sale. Selling is optional and must be affirmatively selected. Eligible tracks enter Radio automatically under current eligibility and moderation rules. Fusiverse pays no compensation for Radio plays, streams, likes, follows, discovery, or other platform activity. Only eligible completed Store sales create seller proceeds.
Moderation and copyright
We may restrict, remove, or disable content or accounts for violations, credible rights concerns, fraud, security, or legal requirements. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. See the Copyright Complaint Policy. Removal does not determine legal ownership, and we preserve applicable notice, response, and other legal obligations.
Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access, sales, audience growth, earnings, or suitability for a particular purpose. Back up your work. We do not exclude responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, liability for our fraud or intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our aggregate liability for service-related claims is limited to the greater of $100 or fees you paid to us in the preceding twelve months, except where that limitation is unlawful.
Disputes and changes
Ohio law governs to the extent consistent with mandatory applicable law. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution; this does not restrict statutory remedies. We may update terms with reasonable notice of material changes. New rights certifications identify the version accepted. Store purchases also follow the Purchase/Refund Terms.
