What you affirm for each submission

By checking the required box, you affirm that you own or control the permissions needed for the recording, composition, lyrics, vocals, samples, beats, artwork, trademarks, names, and every AI-generated or AI-assisted component. Permission must cover the actual uses you select; owning an audio file or using a paid AI tool alone is not proof of rights.

What you authorize

You retain your ownership and grant the nonexclusive license in the Creator/Seller Agreement for hosting, reproduction, streaming, public performance, display, Discover, profiles, Radio, promotion, and sharing/social previews. When you affirmatively choose to sell, you also authorize distribution needed for purchased delivery. You are responsible for required contributor and third-party permissions and payments.

Acceptance record

Acceptance is never checked by default. We record the accepting user, time, agreement version, certification text, and associated track/submission; Store certification is also associated with the listing. Replacing audio requires a new certification. Prior acceptances remain associated with the text accepted at that time.

Consequences and compensation

False certifications can lead to removal, sales restrictions, account suspension or termination, claims, and the indemnity obligations described in the agreement. Fusiverse pays no compensation for streams, Radio, likes, follows, or discovery. The Copyright Complaint Policy explains reports and enforcement.
