Purchase and Refund Terms

What you buy
A Store purchase provides an authorized downloadable copy for your personal, noncommercial use. It does not transfer copyright, exclusive rights, synchronization rights, commercial licenses, or permission to redistribute, resell, publicly distribute, or upload the file elsewhere. Free streaming remains available as offered by the creator and platform.
Price and delivery
The displayed USD price applies to the selected song; review Stripe Checkout for the final amount and any disclosed applicable taxes. A purchase becomes available in My Purchases after payment is confirmed. Sign in to the purchasing account for authorized downloads. Payment confirmation can take time. Contact ineednewmusic@gmail.com for missing access, duplicate charges, or incorrect delivery.
Refund requests
Email ineednewmusic@gmail.com with the order reference and issue; never send full card details. We review duplicate charges, failed delivery, materially incorrect or defective files, rights issues, and other requests case by case. Digital purchases are not automatically refundable merely because you change your mind after delivery, except where law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer remedies, cancellation rights, and refund rights are preserved.
Refunds, disputes, and access
Approved refunds go through the payment provider and may take time to appear. A full refund revokes further purchased-download access. Disputes, fraud, content removal, or legal restrictions may also affect access as permitted by law. Keep a backup of lawful downloads; perpetual hosting is not guaranteed. Sellers are subject to refund, chargeback, and processing adjustments under the Creator/Seller Agreement.
