Creator/Seller Agreement

Your responsibilities
You represent that you own or control all rights needed for each submitted recording, composition, lyrics, performance, vocals, samples, beats, artwork, names, trademarks, and other material. Obtain permission from collaborators, publishers, licensors, and other rights holders where needed. You are responsible for royalties, licenses, consents, and payments owed to them. Follow AI-tool terms and do not imply endorsement or impersonate a person without authorization.
Ownership and platform license
You retain ownership of the rights you hold. You grant Derick Thomas Ministries LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt, stream, publicly perform, display, and communicate submitted content as needed to operate Fusiverse, including profiles, Discover, Radio, social previews, sharing, and platform promotion. If you choose to sell, the license includes distribution and reproduction necessary to deliver purchased copies to authorized buyers. We may use service providers for these purposes. No exclusive rights are transferred.
Ending the license
You may remove content or stop future sales using available controls or by contacting us. We stop new uses within a reasonable operational period, subject to backups, legal records, existing promotional materials, and fulfillment of lawful prior purchases. Buyers retain personal-use rights in copies lawfully delivered, subject to infringement, refunds, and applicable law.
Sales and fees
Choose stream-only or stream + sell. There may be up to ten active Store songs. The minimum price is $1.99 USD, suggested/default $2.99; higher prices are subject to platform validation. Fusiverse earns 10% of the gross song sale price, rounded to the nearest cent. The creator receives the remaining 90% less Stripe/payment-processing fees and applicable transaction deductions. You authorize deduction or recovery of actual processing costs, refunds, chargebacks, transaction taxes, and other applicable transaction adjustments from proceeds; these are separate from the 10% platform fee. No specific earnings or payout date is guaranteed.
Stripe and adjustments
Stripe handles seller onboarding, identity checks, payment processing, and payouts under its own agreements. Complete accurate onboarding and keep payout details current with Stripe. Funds may be held or adjusted for verification, fraud, refunds, disputes, reserves, or legal requirements. You remain responsible for your income-tax obligations; any legally required platform collection or reporting obligations remain with the responsible party. Contact us about a sale or adjustment you believe is wrong.
No streaming compensation
No royalties or other compensation are payable by Fusiverse for Radio plays, streams, likes, follows, discovery, promotion, or other platform activity. Eligible tracks participate in Radio automatically under current eligibility rules. This does not cancel payments or licenses you owe third parties; do not upload material whose required licenses you cannot grant.
Claims and enforcement
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from third-party claims, losses, reasonable legal costs, and liabilities caused by your submitted content, rights misrepresentations, unlawful conduct, or breach of this agreement. This does not cover the operator’s own unlawful conduct or waive mandatory legal obligations. We will give reasonable notice of claims and allow reasonable participation; no settlement may impose an admission or nonmonetary obligation on you without consent. We may remove content, pause sales, or suspend/terminate accounts, including repeat infringers, and preserve records for disputes. The Terms and Copyright Complaint Policy also apply.
