Copyright Complaint Policy

Version 2026-09-14 · Product policy text prepared for attorney review.

Report a rights concern

Send copyright complaints to ineednewmusic@gmail.com. This is our public copyright contact. We do not represent that a formal DMCA designated-agent registration has been completed. Registration and compliant designated-agent contact disclosures remain separate matters.

What to include

Identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing Fusiverse material with specific URLs. Include your name, contact information, physical or electronic signature, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law, and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the owner. Do not include payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

Review, removal, and responses

We review sufficiently detailed complaints promptly and may remove or disable access, pause listings, contact the uploader, request clarification, and preserve relevant records. Where applicable law requires notice or a counter-notice process, we follow it. Affected creators may contact us with permission evidence or a response. A formal counter-notice, where applicable, must satisfy statutory identification, signature, contact, good-faith mistake/misidentification, jurisdiction, and service-of-process requirements. We will explain applicable next steps; do not assume content is automatically restored.

Repeat infringers

We maintain enforcement records and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also restrict accounts for serious or repeated rights violations. We consider reliable complaints, responses, and available evidence; a court judgment is not always required before moderation action. We accommodate applicable standard technical measures required by law.

Limits and misuse

Do not submit knowingly false claims or counter-notices. Misrepresentations can carry legal consequences. This policy does not decide ownership, promise DMCA safe-harbor protection, or waive the operator’s legally required obligations.
