Information collected
We process account email, display name, hashed password, profile fields and images, uploaded audio and metadata, posts, follows, likes, listening activity, notifications, and announcement interactions. We retain rights certifications with user and track identifiers, name/email where recorded, timestamp, version, certification text, and available IP address. Purchase records include order identifiers, amounts, status, and Stripe references. Stripe collects payment, identity, and bank information directly; Fusiverse does not need your full card or bank credentials.
Purposes and sharing
We use information to provide accounts, uploads, discovery, Radio, purchases, payouts, support, moderation, security, and legal compliance. Profiles and published content/activity may be visible publicly. We use Cloudflare for hosting/storage and Stripe for payments. Font requests may reach Google Fonts. These providers process information for their services under their own terms and policies. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary for lawful process, rights complaints, fraud prevention, or protection of users and the platform; private account details are not publicly displayed as profile fields.
Cookies and storage
Session cookies support login. Browser storage remembers preferences such as theme and Radio state. Technical and activity information supports security, listening counts, and operation of the service. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or purchases.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for service operation and as reasonably necessary for transaction, security, rights-dispute, and legal obligations. Request access, correction, or deletion by email. We may verify account ownership and retain limited purchase, certification, and enforcement records where necessary even after public content removal. Applicable privacy rights and response duties depend on your jurisdiction. We use safeguards appropriate to the service, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children and changes
The service is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information improperly. We update this policy when practices change and provide reasonable notice of material changes.
