What we collect

• Account info: email, display name, password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text)
• Profile info you choose to add: bio, genre tags, AI tools used, social links
• Tracks you upload, and the metadata attached to them (title, genre, origin type)
• For every upload: a rights-acceptance record — your name, email, IP address, the exact agreement text, and a timestamp. This exists specifically so that if a rights dispute ever arises, there is a real record of what was affirmed and by whom.
• Follows, likes, comments, and posts you make
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal data. We don't share your email or IP address publicly — your profile shows only what you choose to put on it.

Why we keep the rights-acceptance record

This is the one piece of data collection worth explaining specifically. Because Fusiverse hosts AI-generated and AI-assisted music where rights ownership can be genuinely unresolved, we keep a permanent record of the fact that you affirmed you had the right to upload each track — separate from your account, so it doesn't change even if you later edit your profile. This protects both you and the platform if a dispute comes up later.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time. Your profile, tracks, and posts are removed from public view; rights-acceptance records for uploaded tracks are retained for our legal audit trail even after account deletion, since they document a specific factual claim made at a specific point in time.
